We believe in building bridges of Faith. We believe as a community it is our responsibility to assist our youth in establishing safe bridges to cross, which will lead toward their success. We believe that individuals can cross this bridge by unleashing their faith in God, and faith in themselves, thereby allowing others to assist them in defining their life's purpose as they take deliberate, measureable steps toward accomplishing goals and fulfilling their dreams.

Empowerment
We believe in building bridges of Empowerment. We believe that empowering our young people to become compassionate and healthy community leaders bridges the gap of violence and deteriorating communities. We believe that it is important to build self-esteem, persistence and motivational skills in our youth in order for them to have a vision of success.

We believe in building bridges for Learning. We believe the bridges to safe and thriving communities are successfully built by providing our young people with avenues to stay focused on educational endeavors and balancing healthy work/life experiences.

We believe in building bridges of Integrity. We believe in developing a culture of staff members who walk in integrity and lead by example, cultivating moral decency, honor, and respect in our youth. We believe in the bridge as a “we first” philosophy which demonstrates to our youth how to successfully walk across the bridges they will encounter in life. We teach how to transition from being a productive student to being a thriving member within the business and respective community. We believe that by teaching integrity we will foster in each student a healthy work/life balance that will help him or her to have a strong moral compass that will be difficult to compromise.

Servant Leadership
We believe in building bridges of Servant Leadership. We embrace the “giving back” and “paying it forward” philosophy. Our intention is to bridge the gap between the gifts of selfless giving to the gift of unselfishly giving back. We foster a win-win mindset in those students we serve, by teaching our youth how to embrace the same level of giving from those who provided generously towards their specific needs.

We seek to forge relationships with like-minded individuals who share our same passion and enthusiasm for investing time, energy, and talent into the next generation.

We believe that we should expect the best for ourselves, and in return aim to create a bridge, in which we assist our young men and women to expect the best from themselves and to discourage mediocrity. We believe that by teaching personal excellence and life skills which build our students’ acceptance of themselves; their level of expectation to achieve and accomplish individual goals and objectives in life will be greatly enhanced.
